Dell's customer service is a FRAUD
HORRIBLE customer service.
Before buying customer service is super, thus one tends to believe that will be the same follow up. Technical support after you have purchased is SELF SERVICE and if you happen to travel a lot, you wont be able to pass from the first self service page since their system "rejects" your request on basis of not being on the same region where the purchase was made.
Their sales pitch that service is international, is a fraud.
AVOID , this company or buy at your own risk.
