Repeated blue screen since unpacked. One of three exactly the same computers with exactly the same software installed and in the same network with the same mission. This is one of three that repeatedly bluescreens. After three restorations the unit continues to blue screen, even prior to installation of third party software. The purchase of additional "software support" is the only way Dell will find problem as they insist it is software. Eventhough no additional software has been installed when the blue screen appears. It also appears when additional software is installed.
COMPUTER IS NOT USEABLE AS IT IS UNSTABLE. I can see why support thinks it is software as they have replaced the motherboard with a remanufactured one, the ram and the hardrive. Within 30 minutes the unti bluescreened. HELP!
