Terrible Dell Customer Services - Dell Laptop


Wish Dell management and customer service will read.
I ordered a Dell laptop on June 30 and received a Dell confirmation email "We have received your order". According to this email, I should receive a laptop on June 30.
Dell didn't process my order. I called Dell customer service on June 30. They apologized for the mistake. They promised that Dell will ship out a laptop on July 2 and I will receive it on July 6.
Today is July 2, 2015. Dell cancelled my order AGAIN without contacting me. Why? Dell never care about their customers.
I am waiting for an apology letter and a FREE laptop from Dell management!!
