Dell Customer Service - Vostro 1520


For thee most part i thought that most companies were pretty good about technical support. until i called dell . i spent more than an hour on the phone being bounced like a pingpog ball from one department to another, 17 times. i called because i needed to know if my computer was going to have drivers for the new windows 10 os. being a laptop i needed to make sure that my vostro 1520 would have drivers for the keyboard, touchpad, video card, etc. so call the manufacturer right, worst mistake ever, their job is to make it more convenient to buy a new computer than to upgrade your old one. after an hour the solution i was given was, " you should try the upgrade and if it does not work just revert back." i asked and what if their are no drivers for it, their response, "well then buy a new computer."
this was frustrating to say the least. after an hour i could have said that, once again dell SUCKS. I will never again buy a computer from then.
