    HORRIBLE customer service. Before buying customer service is super, thus one tends to believe that will be the same follow up. Technical support after you have purchased is SELF SERVICE and if you happen to travel a lot, you wont be able to pass from the first self service page since their system "rejects" your request on basis of not being on the same region where the purchase was made.     I bought a tablet that was factory defected in Oct 2014. You requested my approval on getting it swapped in 4-6 weeks time. After 8 weeks of waiting, I have been advised that I can take my money back and they cannot deliver, and when I said ok you are requesting me to take only $137 not the full amount I paid 4 months ago.   • Laptop Battery

    I received a new computer towards the end of last year (Nov or Dec 2012). The problem I have is that my computer does not recharge the battery. I have a big battery and I think it should have around 4-7 hours of battery life, but when I have switched off my computer at night and charge my battery, it charges to 62%.     Hi, I was bought a laptop Serial No. 5N10GS1 on August 7, 2012 from AA Enterprises (recommended by Pakistan Office Products (POP), Lahore, Pakistan), Lahore, Pakistan. That was a faulty loptop.   • Wasting my time

    Today I found out they sent the wrong battery- I spent an hour on the phone with them before they finally agreed to send me the right battery for the price initially quoted. They so far have failed to actually do so, and have put me through additional wasted time filling out forms with duplicate information they ALREADY HAVE. DO NOT buy anything from Dell!   • Refusing to give full credit

    Will not waive restocking fee I purchase a nice dell system online. I lost my job. The day before i received the computer via FedEx i called dell. A representative said i can return it without getting charged a restocking fee due to my situation. I called day i received computer to return unopen package. Now Dell refuses to waive the restocking fee, stating i was told wrong information by a dell employee.     When I first contacted Dell about the defective brand-new laptop I had just recieved, it was the Dell chat support. My problem was a misaligned spring in the J key of the keyboard. The first tech (not listening to the problem) wanted me to give him remote access to fix this hardware problem.     Contacted two sales representative of Dell upon two separate occassions to confirm before taking delivery that my Dell Studio XPS 8000 had the ability to play TV upon the computer. First instance was via chat on the web with sales representative on Dell site. After half hour wait, get sales representative who states that this model does play tv.   • Viruses???

    My default browser is Firefox. I have a quick launch icon on my desk top. It would not work, but I could access it by using my Explorer browser, which I did. Once I was into Firefox everything was fine. I had 92 e-mails which I opened and disposed of. Also while in Firefox I opened my side bar. The side bar lists all of my add ons on one side and all of my downloads on the other. The side bar worked perfectly. I try to quick launch, once again it will not open Firefox.     I purchased several laptops for Christmas gifts in November and was told by their online rep if the boxes were not opened their would be no problem returning them after the Holiday. Their cutomer service department refuses to issue me a return number because they tell me it's been after 21-days. I started calling them 2 weeks ago and have called 15 times, placed on hold for over 40 minutes each time, have been hung up on, and called a nasty bitch with an accent from India.
