    Wish Dell management and customer service will read. I ordered a Dell laptop on June 30 and received a Dell confirmation email "We have received your order". According to this email, I should receive a laptop on June 30. Dell didn't process my order. I called Dell customer service on June 30. They apologized for the mistake.     I bought a laptop dell inspiron at staples for $399. Not only did it not come with anything including antivirus and Microsoft word but by the time I walked out of there I spent $800 with a 2 yr warranty. After one year I had and virus and had to mail it t staples and "wait 14 days" by the way and when they mailed it back they said it was a hard drive issue and have to wipe out the computer and I lost everything!!!     I recently signed up for the Dell Advantage Loyalty Program prior to purchasing a computer. Under the program, the purchaser is supposed to be issued a promotion code worth 5% of the purchase price towards the purchase of new equipment (10% if you buy with Dell credit card). There's only one problem--Dell doesn't actually issue you the promotion code. I have contacted the company twice and have been told the promotion code will be sent "in 5 to 7 days."     Dell Tablet Venue 11 will not charge consistently. This problem arose after a few months of ownership. I sent the tablet in and Dell claimed to have fixed the charger port, however, it still will not charge.     Bought first laptop crashed in a couple hours. Bought second same day. In one day from two different Best Buys. They both after turning off and later turning ultrabooks back on, they both would not reboot past the Dell logo. I even called Dell support and had to return product.     I was the VERY happy owner of a 3 months- old Dell Vostro 3500 (Windows 7 on the internal 320 GB disk, Ubuntu 11.04 on my external 32GB SSD) .     Purchased a Dell 968 AIO Printerin December 2008 with an extra color ink cartridge. Opened package March 15, 2011. Called customer service, was denied an exchange. Rep said they dry up and should be used within 18 months of purchase and that the warranty period is 2 years. Nowhere am I able to find this information regarding shelf life of Dell Iink cartridges.
